Clotted Cream Tea in British Columbia

In the UK, if you go to Devon and Cornwall, one of the things you must do is have a Cream Tea.  You really must!

There really is nothing like a scone, clotted cream and real fruit (preferably strawberries) or fruit jam, along with a perfect cup of tea, served in good china.

Well, here in Canada, we tried to replicate this as best we could – considering the idea of clotted cream is alien.  But I found some, albeit in a jar – but it came from The Devon Cream Company in the UK.  It is the best we can get being so far away from the source.

And boy, did we enjoy it!
