All of my postings this week have been about the colours of spring. To see this week’s WordPress Photo Challenge entitled “Colour” made me smile. I can kill two birds with one stone, so to speak. So today’s colour is Yellow.
Daffodils, fritillaria are out at the moment, but earlier in the season crocus and witch-hazel were in full bloom.

I love to capture the snow in winter, and there’s often plenty of that here!
Depending on where you live here in Canada depends on how much snow you get. I’m currently in Vancouver so the winters are very mild – lots of rain – great springs, as you have just witnessed.

Stunning gallery. I love how you’ve magnified perfectly the shade of yellow.
Amazingly, I struggled to find a lot of yellow here in Vancouver. It would appear that cherry blossom pink and magnolia white are the preferred colours at the moment. However, the rhododendrons are not out yet. I suspect vivid reds and deep cerise will be ‘shouting’ at us then!!! Thanks for the comment.
