Time to Reflect

Water, over time, usually hundreds of years, will carve a way through rock to produce a gorge or canyon of beauty and tranquility.

Man, in trying to reflect this, has often, artificially, created water running over rock in gardens and landscapes.

Waterfalls – from small delicate trickles, to large thunderous powerhouses – are attractive.

I found this gentle waterfall in a large country garden today, quietly reflecting in the pond as it ran over rock and stone.

Enjoy the peace.
