24th Nov 2012 – Rain dripping Honey-suckle

It is very wet here in the UK at the moment, with so many flood warnings being issued that it is a concern.  The ground is so saturated that even the lightest, yet consistent, rain causes people to worry.

Mind you, the temperatures remain mild, so this means that plants continue to show green leaves even at this time of year.  This honeysuckle was dripping with raindrops.  I like the contrast between the web of dark hard wood twigs and the bright green leaves, and the shimmering of the raindrops.
