Coriander (cilantro) and fish don’t go often go together, and they don’t here. It’s just that I had two good photos that I wanted to post – so I will!!
The first is of flowering coriander. Small, delicate white flowers on vivid green stems, and smelling distinctively of coriander – amazing. They remind me of the small ‘corsage’ that was supposedly worn by Hercule Poirot (Agatha Christie’s famous Belgian detective.)
My second photo was taken in Vancouver, on the edge of Stanley Park. This heron decided to fly in and catch it’s dinner in front of us. Wonderful.
