28th June 2012 – Photo Walk and Child’s Play

I took a photo walk with a good friend of mine around Penticton.  We have such a wonderful playground to photograph here.  Penticton sits on a piece of land between two lakes, Lake Skaha and Lake Okanagan.  Today, we went from one beach to another attempting to get some summer photos.

I’ve posted an album on my Facebook page and my friend will be doing the same to compare how two photographers, in the same place, can find different things to snap. I chose this one for the blog: Child’s Play  It speaks of innocence to me.  I hope you like it too.

Beautifully seen and captured moment. A real “concept” image if ever there was one.

    • Thank you Peter. I love this shot. I don’t photograph people too often and, if I do, I nearly always ensure that you can’t identify them. I’m wondering if I am actually missing out by not including the faces. I don’t want to infringe any personal space or put anything up on my blog that hasn’t got approval. It’s a difficult one.
