13th June 2012 – Patterns in Nature 3

Today has been a delight.  I am seeing patterns everywhere; trees, plants, pavings, buildings.  However, I am going to continue with patterns in nature for just a bit longer.

So, staying outside, below are a couple of patterns that I found in the garden of a beautiful B&B, which also has a sculpture garden and art studio attached.  Called “Unique” and in the beautiful village of Naramata just outside Penticton in the Okanagan Valley, this little gem is a delight to behold.  Sit and drink your wine on the patio overlooking the brilliantly blue Okanagan Lake, or wander around the gardens admiring the art and sculpture of the owner and artist, Petronella van den Berg.
