2nd June 2012 – Macro Bearded Iris
I photographed a bearded iris today using my extension rings in an attempt to get more detail in the picture. I had varying degrees of success. As I was using the 36mm ring on the standard kit lens, I had to use the tripod to ensure a stable camera.
Below is the best of the bunch. This is a macrophotograph of the beard of a purple iris.
Manual Focus, 1/125, F5.6, ISO 100, 53mm + Extension Ring 36mm
